Yuri has been with DMS since joining as a Business Consultant in 1998 under the previous Managing Director, and founder of DMS, Lloyd Sheather. Since becoming Managing Director in 2011 Yuri has driven DMS, through Demand Solutions, to be one of the most widely used and recognised Supply Chain Software Solution in Australia, whilst expanding into new markets of Data Visualisation, Analytics and Finance Automation.

Yuri has worked with hundreds of local companies, across Asia-Pac, to support and execute their Business Technology, Operational Improvement & Business Process Transformation projects. With over 25 years’ industry & Commercial experience across hundreds of companies Yuri is well equipped to help companies deliver business improvements to drive significant market share gains, revenue growth and customer satisfaction improvements.

Dale Brimicombe

Commercial Director

A finance professional who’s career has spaned over 30 years in various chartered accounting, commercial and operational roles. Commencing in 1988 in the Chartered Accounting field in which Dale specialised in Taxation and Business Improvement projects.

In 1998 Dale moved into the commercial field and grew to be the Director, CFO and Head of Operation for a large Multi-National Medical Device company with turnover in excess of $120 million locally with over 250 people across Australia and NZ. An experienced Finance and Operational person who can build teams and grow business organically and via acquisition.

George Clooney

Aspiring Director (?)

An incredibly talented all-rounder George is the only person to have been nominated for an Oscar in 6 different categories. Ridley Scott apparently had him audition 5 times for the role of JD in (Thelma & Louise), a role that ultimately went to his friend Brad Pitt and catapulted him to super stardom. We think George rebounded from that one quite well and has done pretty well for himself.

With his experience & diverse skillset he would fit in perfectly at DMS and we would love to one day welcome him on board as a Director. For now we’ll have to settle for this pic.
